P.S. Make sure to scoop out all of the insides. The seeds can either be slow roasted in the oven for a gorgeous snack, or dried, and strung together to make decorations. Then scoop out as much of the flesh as you can - put this aside, and cook with fried onions and nutmeg for the most glorious winter soup. No food or Pumpkin waste at Dr Zigs!
