UK postage details

Most orders are packed and out the door within 24 working hours. This is the standard we set ourselves and we try to achieve this wherever possible.

We use DPD and a variety of courier services, with most orders arriving within one day.

International

Shipping costs on orders destined outside of the UK will be calculated at checkout and will vary region to region. Please email us at mail@drzigs.com for any questions regarding international shipping.

You are responsible for customs and clearance fees that vary in each country. By placing an order here, you are confirming that you are able and willing to pay these charges.

Returns

So your order arrives and it's not quite what you expected, no problem at all, just send it back in unused condition within 30 days for full refund.
