We want delivery to be clear and fair. Our bubble products and print-on-demand clothing ship separately, so different charges can apply.
UK delivery: Dr Zigs bubble products
£4.99 standard UK delivery on eligible bubble toys, kits, bubble mix and accessories where the qualifying order value is below £45.
FREE standard UK delivery when you spend £45 or more on eligible Dr Zigs bubble products.
The free-delivery threshold is based on the eligible order value after discounts. Standard delivery is not a guaranteed next-day service. Delivery options and the final cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
T-shirts, hoodies and other Printful merchandise
We use Printful to make our printed clothing and selected merchandise on demand. This means we don’t need to produce unnecessary stock. Printful uses a network of printing and fulfilment facilities and aims to fulfil orders as close to the customer as possible when the product and capacity allow. We can’t guarantee that every product will be printed locally.
Printful products are excluded from our free UK delivery offer. They have their own shipping charges, calculated at checkout. If you order bubble products and Printful merchandise together, you may see separate delivery charges and receive separate parcels on different dates.
Delivery times
We aim to send your order as promptly as possible. Dispatch and transit times depend on stock availability, warehouse processing and the courier. Printed-to-order merchandise also needs production time. We’ll provide tracking information when available. We cannot promise next-day delivery on our standard service.
International shipping
For eligible Dr Zigs bubble products, standard international shipping is currently £25 for destinations available at checkout. Printful shipping is separate and varies by item and destination. All delivery charges are displayed before payment. Import duties, local taxes and customs or handling fees may be charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

If you need to return a product, please read our Refund and Return Policy or contact mail@drzigs.com first so that we can advise you of the correct return arrangements, particularly for Printful items.
