The Standard Wands are 40cm long, andsuitable for ALL older kids over the age of 3- yes that includes you too Mum, Dad, and Grandparents! The 3 bottles of Dr Zigs Bubble Mix will mix up with water to give you 3 whole litres ready-to-go mix. Just add 1 part Dr Zigs Bubble Mix to 9 parts water. Stir thoroughly, not vigorously.

I was really disappointed with the concentrated bubble mixture. I’ve previously bought the unconcentrated version and it was brilliant, but this one didn’t perform well at all. The multi-bubble wand was also pretty useless – my kids couldn’t get it to work properly, no matter how they tried. A real let-down compared to past purchases.

We spent 2 hours making bubbles in the woods entertaining not only our children but dozens of others who were out for the day. The iridescent bubbles change shape as they float around the sky reflecting the trees, simply stunning! We barely noticed the cold. They’re strangely addictive as you want to make more and more bigger and better bubbles. We had the set with the jumbo bubbles and multi bubble ropes. We needed a bit more wind for the multi rope bubbles to work well but we had a few good gusts. The jumbo ropes worked well just walking backwards or blowing gently. These are a great sensory product!

I first came across these extraordinary bubbles while searching online for toys made in the UK, something very important to me. The environmental credentials of the bubbles were extremely appealing too so I decided to purchase a kit for my 9 year old nephew taking it to him all the way to Italy. I was travelling to Italy to celebrate my niece's 12th birthday, so I thought the bubbles could have been used for the party too. Every single aspect of this product exceeded my expectations. The kit came packaged extremely well and safely, I felt I didn't even need to add bubble wrap for it to go into my suitcase. It was ready to fly. My nephew was ecstatic so we did a trial run of the bubbles on day 1. I somehow expected for something to go wrong, but nothing did. The formula for the concentrated solution worked perfectly, as per instructions, and we were making bubbles in minutes. My nephew was able to use all the wands and so was my younger niece, who is 5. At the birthday party, a group of about twenty 12 year-old girls went mad for the bubbles. They were the highlight of the party. Everyone wanted to try them, we just kept mixing and made literally thousands of bubbles of all shapes and sizes. My sister, who's a keen photographer, was in her element too. No doubt I will have to keep 'refilling my nieces and nephew' every time I travel back to Italy, and I will probably add some extra wands for even more bubbles and fun. I can't think of a better present for children of all ages and of a more extraordinary party entertainment.
