The International Day of Charity is all about looking out for one another. It's about raising awareness and highlighting some of the amazing global charities that work to provide help and support for those in need.

This awareness day was officially declared by the United Nations in 2012. It's a great opportunity to look at how poverty affects international development, and how we can work together to make a difference.
