MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM ALL OF US AT DR ZIGS!
Thank you all for being our loyal customers, stockists, ambassadors, friends and bubble lovers!

2019 has been an amazing year here at Dr Zigs, including creating new products, securing new distributors, featuring on TV and in the media.. and making about a zillion giant bubbles!

As for many of you, one of the biggest issues for us this year has been the climate change crisis that is affecting our world. Whilst we’ve been lobbying our politicians, talking to our suppliers and other businesses, supporting the Youth Climate Strikes, we also think that it is our responsibility to change, even the little things, and make this world a better place for everyone and for the future of our children.

Our New Year resolutions will be to continue our campaign against balloons releases, to further reduce plastics and to keep doing our wonderful job of being as Eco, Ethical and Sustainable as we can, working hard every day and making people from all around smile and laugh with our giant bubbles.

Christmas is really a time for sharing and caring about each other and that is also a huge part of our message here at Dr Zigs.

Last week a whole shipment left Dr Zigs of clothes, blankets and aid heading to Greece for refugee camps there organised by the fabulous Pobl i Bobl community group. Aid from here is also going out to local homeless and emergency housing. 
We were also able to donate Bubble Kits to: Leeds Children's Hospital, South West Children's Hospice, Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice, Ty Havan Children's Hospice, and to the kids ward at our local Ysbyty Gwynedd.
 
 All of this is thanks to you - so diolch yn fawr iawn! A percentage of all of your bubble purchases support this much needed work.

We are so excited for the New Year and what a year 2020 will be for Dr Zigs. We have SO much news, innovations planned and exciting happenings - we can't wait to share these. For starters - we'll be at the London Toy Fair in Olympia from 20 - 23rd Jan!!! SO EXCITING! If you're in London we would LOVE to see you! . And that's just for starters - there's so much news ahead. Stay tuned, we can't wait to share it all with you!

Also – a little request - we would be SUPER grateful if you would think to donate to EXXpedition. As you know, Paola, founder and Bubbler in Chief here at Dr Zigs, is off to join EXXpedition in April 2020 – this is the women only, round the world sailing voyage studying ocean plastics. Paola has been invited to be part of an amazing project to help study and educate school kids and the general public about micro plastics in the world's oceans. As part of this work she will be joining the voyage to sail from the Cook Islands to Tonga! You can read all about the project and watch her video by following the link.
