Diwrnod Santes Dwynwen hapus i pawb!
Today is St Dwynwen’s day, the day of lovers, of love, of cariad and cwtch, and of something beautifully Welsh.

The tale of Santes Dwynwen is a magical one, dating back through poems to the 14th and 16th century. Dwynwen was a Welsh princess, the most beautiful daughter of Brychan, a powerful king. She fell in love against her father’s wishes, and her love was tragically thwarted in a tale involving God and angels, magic potions and a block of ice. Eventually Dwynwen was granted wishes, and she wished to remain unmarried, but for God to look after all true lovers. To celebrate this, she built a convent on Ynys Llandwyn – one of the most beautiful places in the world, one which you’ll see in many of our Bubble pictures – and a site of pilgrimage for all Welsh lovers.

Why not celebrate with our ‘Love-a-Bubble’ Kit? A chocolate scented Bubble Mix and giant Bubble wand! They may or may not contain a magic love potion. Or it may just be the bubbles.

You could #sharethebubblelove and give that someone special in your life a totally unique gift of ‘Bubble Love’.
Love, and Bubble Love, makes the world go round. And make it a much happier place too.
